Refund & Return Policy

At Mystic Relics INC, we want you to love every crystal, mineral, and metaphysical item you purchase. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, natural, and delicate, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure fairness and clarity.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of crystals, minerals, custom orders, and one-of-a-kind live-sale items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review product photos, descriptions, and sizes carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted, including:

- Website orders

- Live sale claims (Palmstreet, Whatnot, social media)

- Mystery boxes or bundles

Please ensure your cart or live-sale claim is correct before checkout.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video showing:

- The shipping box

- The packaging materials

- The item itself

- The shipping label

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following options:

- A replacement (if available)

- Store credit

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Mystic Relics inc is not responsible for:

- Lost packages

- Stolen packages

- Carrier delays or delivery errors

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.


5. Crystal Characteristics

Crystals and minerals are natural products and may include:

- Internal fractures

- Natural inclusions

- Color variations

- Rough spots, small chips, or texture differences

These are normal and not considered defects.

We do our best to photograph and describe each piece accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting and device screens.


6. Live Sale Purchases

All items claimed during live sales on platforms such as Palmstreet, Whatnot, Instagram, or other livestream channels, are a final sale.

Failure to complete payment on live-sale claims may result in:

- Cancellation of the order

- Restriction from future live sales

- Platform-level penalties (depending on platform rules)


7. Mystery Items & Bundles

Mystery bags, boxes, sets, and discounted bundles are non-refundable and non-returnable.
These items are curated and sold at a discounted value, and therefore cannot be exchanged.
