Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Mystic Relics inc. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, expected delivery times, and your responsibilities as the customer.
1. Processing Times
We carefully package each crystal and item by hand.
Processing times are:
- Website Orders: 3–7 business days
- Live Sale Orders (Palmstreet, Whatnot, etc.): 3–10 business days
- High-volume events or holidays: Additional time may be needed
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship through the following carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx (used selectively)
Your carrier may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight and dimensions of your package
- Destination address
- Chosen shipping method
Delivery estimates (once shipped):
- USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
- UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with tracking number
- For live-sale orders: tracking will also appear in your respective platform account (Palmstreet, Whatnot, etc.)
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
5. Combined Shipping (Live Sales)
For Palmstreet, Whatnot, and other livestream platforms:
- Multiple purchases made within the same show may be combined to reduce shipping costs.
- Some platforms automatically group items; others require manual adjustment.
- Shipping adjustments or refunds (if applicable) are issued at our discretion.
6. Incorrect Addresses
The customer is responsible for entering and confirming their shipping address.
Mystic Relics inc is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be required to reship it.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Mystic Relics inc is no longer responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delivery errors
- Carrier delays
- Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
We will assist when possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier-related issues.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos or video of the box
- Photos of the packaging materials
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photo of the shipping label

We will review your case and may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or refund.
9. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- Delays due to customs processing
International transit times may vary widely and cannot be guaranteed.
10. Items Returned to Sender
Packages returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed delivery
- Carrier inability to deliver
will require payment of a new shipping label before the order is resent.
No refunds will be issued for returned-to-sender packages.
11. Shipping for Mystery Items & Large Specimens
Mystery boxes, large crystal specimens, and fragile items may require:
- Extra packaging
- Insurance
- Signature confirmation
- Additional processing time
This helps protect both you and the item during transit.
